Paralegal – Corporate Law – Job Code 3473

This highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to become a part of their Austin team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working as a corporate paralegal, with at least 4 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. It would be preferable for the candidate to meet one of the following criteria: (1) possess a Bachelor’s Degree; (2) have a Paralegal Certificate or an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies; or (3) hold a Legal Assistant Certification. The position requires an individual who is highly organized, self-motivated, possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is professional, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.
