Diversified Recruiting Services offers referral fees
for any candidate or client referrals that result in
a placement. Our Standard Referral Fee is as follows:
If a referred candidate is placed on a contract
assignment(s), the referral fee is $25.00
* Referral fees for candidates
who are placed on a contract basis will be paid after
40 hours are worked.
Candidates who are placed on a Temp-to-hire or Direct
Hire position:
If the salary is $0-$39,999 = the referral fee is
$50.00
If the salary is $40,000-$59,999 = the referral fee
is $100.00
If the salary is $60,000-$99,999 = the referral fee
is $200.00
If the salary is $100,000+ = the referral fee is $400.00
* Referral fees for candidates
who are placed temp-to-hire or direct hire will be
paid after our 90-day guarantee has passed.
* If a candidate is placed in a contract assignment(s)
prior to being placed in a temp-to-hire or direct
hire position, and the $25.00 referral fee has been
paid, the balance of the total referral fee will be
paid after our 90-day guarantee has passed.
